SHIPPING QUESTIONS
- How long does it take to process and ship an order?

- Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. However, shipping rates and times may vary based on the destination. During checkout, you will be provided with the available shipping options and costs for your specific location.
- Can I track my order?
- Absolutely! Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
RETURN QUESTIONS
- Can I cancel or modify my order?
- We aim to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours. However, if your order has already entered the production phase, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
- Returns
- We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged, as each item is made to order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused with tags.

- Damages
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Can I request a custom design?
- Absolutely! We love working on custom designs. Please reach out to our customer support team with your requirements, and we'll be happy to discuss the possibilities and provide you with a quote.
- How do I care for my printed apparel?
- To ensure the longevity of your printed apparel, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your order. In general, machine wash your garments inside out with cold water, and tumble dry them on low or air-dry them. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents as they may damage the print.
- Do you offer wholesale pricing?
- Wholesale pricing is available for orders that meet MOQ thresholds. Please get in touch with us to learn more via the "Contact Us" page. We respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
